Introduction

These General Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Digmi Marketing mobile application (“App”) provided by Digmi Group AB (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) for marketing purposes, including but not limited to campaign creation, distribution to tablets and televisions, and customer registration. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“User” or “You”) agree to abide by these conditions. If You do not agree, You should uninstall the App immediately.

User Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the App, You must register and create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including but not limited to Your name, email address, phone number, and other necessary details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized access. If You forget or lose access to Your account, We may request additional verification steps to ensure the security of Your data.

Use of the Application

The App allows You to:

• Register and manage customer information.

• Create marketing campaigns using materials provided by suppliers or uploaded by You.

• Distribute these campaigns to tablets and televisions in Your salon.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage, disable, or impair the app’s functionality. Misuse, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or distributing harmful content, may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your account.

Intellectual Property

All supplier-provided materials available within the App remain the property of the respective supplier. You agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights when using the materials or creating campaigns. You retain ownership of any content You upload to the App, but You grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, distribute, modify, and display such content in connection with the services provided by the App.

Data and Privacy

By using the App, You acknowledge that Your personal data (including name, contact information, etc.) will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, modify, delete, or transfer your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

The App may incorporate third-party services, such as analytics tools or hosting providers. These services may collect information necessary for their functionality. Digmi Group AB is not responsible for how third parties process Your data.
